Trademark Classification
Trademark is the identity of an organization and one should lay emphasis on creating a stand out trademark which can make an impact on global audience. Trademark classification is a system or process followed by the trademark attorney in order to examine and determine an apt trademark for goods and services. Trademark and patent registration act defines the rules and regulations for trademark classification with a purpose to give a clear picture to future trademark aspirants.
It's a process of arranging documents according to the description of goods and services at the time of trademark application and trademark search by a trademark attorney. As per the Trademark and Patent registration act, there are 45 categories of trademark classification lists are given to different goods and services which clearly helps to make a difference and it really helps to search a unique trademark for an applicant.
Classification List of Trademark
Trademark classification list is the classification of trademark in order to arrange documents for trademark application and trademark search by a trademark attorney. Now, there are 45 types of trademark classification and out of 45, 34 are given to goods and rests 11 are given to all services covered under this trademark act. Here, we are giving all the trademark classification and lists in below:
Products :Class 1. Chemical used in industry, science, photography, agriculture, horticulture and forestry; unprocessed artificial resins, unprocessed plastics; manures; fire extinguishing compositions; tempering and soldering preparations; chemical substances for preserving foodstuffs; tanning substances; adhesive used in industry
